PRICE AND PAYMENT
Every product is shown including tax. You can find the total price including delivery fees in the shopping cart. In Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Germany and UK the customers have the option to pay with Klarna. If you want to pay with SWISH please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Your delivery note, i.e. receipt, will be sent to you with your order.

Pay in  days: The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. This payment method is available here:

Financing: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly instalments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. Direct bank transfer:
Available in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland and the Netherlands. Your account will be debited directly after placement of your order.
Direct Debit: Your account will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service or in case of a subscription in accordance with the timelines communicated. You will be notified about the date(s) by email.
Card Payments: Available in Sweden, Germany and Austria. The amount will be reserved on your card and will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. In case of a subscription the amount will be debited in accordance with the timelines communicated.
We can only offer you the payment methods available based on the result of the credit check. General information about Klarna and the user terms per country can be found on klarna.com. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarnas privacy statement.
For garments in stock, the delivery period is 2-4 days within Sweden. For garments made to measure, the delivery time varies between 2-4 weeks. Please contact us for your specific delivery time.
All our deliveries are made by DHL Freight. You will receive a notice by e-mail and/or text-message when the order is ready to be shipped and once your order is delivered at your nearest DHLpick-up point. Our couriers will always try to deliver at your nearest pick-up point, if it’s possible. If your package will be delivered to your door it normally requires your signature.
If you do not pick up your order at your service point after receiving a notification, Staytion – Göteborgs Syfabrik AB has the right to charge you 150 SEK.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
When ordering from a non-EU country the tax is deducted from the total order value (this does not include Norway, read below for shipping details on Norwegian orders). An additional cost will be issued the customer when it has arrived at the destination. When you buy a product from us from a non-EU country you effectively become an importer and become liable to Customs and Excise Duty as well as VAT payments, DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Product prices are exclusive of all taxes and duties in these cases. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we advise you to contact your local customs office.
We ship to Norway on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price and order value. There will be no additional cost issued the customer when the package arrives at the destination.
TRANSPORT DAMAGE OR LOST IN TRANSIT
All products from Staytion – Göteborgs Syfabrik AB are insured against theft and damage while the package is in transit between Staytion and your shipping address. It is therefore important that you promptly report any damage or lost goods to us. If the package is damaged or fractured, please immediately notify the carrier. Once you have signed for/received your package it will not be covered by our insurance.
Please have in mind that we can’t guarantee that our photos will reproduce the exact same true appearance of the product. We are doing our best to get as accurate products shots as possible. Note that some garments are made from second hand material and are unique.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Most of our garments are made to measure. If the product you received is not what you expected, please contact us at email@example.com before returning the item.
- You have 14 days to return an order after receiving it.
- Unless arrangements are made with us, you cover the cost of the return.
- If you have any questions, please contact us as firstname.lastname@example.org
- You are responsible for any damage incurred by items during the return shipment. We strongly recommend that you send the products well packaged, in mint condition and in the original packing.
- Normally, we refund your purchase within 14 days. In individual cases it may take up to 30 days which is the maximum time according to consumer law.
